I have had some firearms left at my location for a long time, I don't mind storing weapons transferred if I have communication from the buyer. 

Effective immediately a firearm stored by me for 30 days will require a $20 fee to be paid.  This will repeat each 30 days.   If you make arrangements to store the gun, I will work with you and may not charge a fee.

A firearm kept by me for more than 90 days without any communication from the buyer will be considered abandoned and will be sold.
